Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 (depending on market tier)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with utilities to understand workflows, KPIs, and operational constraints.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and conduct gap analyses.
• Define and validate data exchange formats between customer systems and the platform using REST APIs, JSON, and CSV.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and manage cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer requirements with the product roadmap.
• Support SOWs, scoping workshops, and deliver technical product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Must be a "U.S. person" (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
• 3–6+ years in customer-facing solutions roles such as Solutions/Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant.
• Foundational understanding of the U.S. transmission interconnection ecosystem.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and experience with process modeling (BPMN/UML).
• Technical knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/CSV, authentication, and basic ETL concepts.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–20% for onsite discovery and launches.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup or scaling B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with GIS, data pipelines, or iPaaS tools.
• Light scripting skills in Python for data checks or transformations.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Comfort with visualization tools like Figma, Lucid, or Draw.io.
