Salary: $110,000 – $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements for Salesforce Government Cloud implementations.
• Design and configure solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and declarative tools like Flows and validation rules.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and user story development within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Manage administration tasks including user setup, security configurations, profiles, and environment management.
• Support data migration, UAT preparation, and production deployment activities.

Requirements

• Active Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are required.
• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, or business analysis experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations for government agencies.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flows, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Must reside in the specified U.S. states and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cannabis industry.
• Certifications in Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Experience with GovCloud Plus or DevOps tools like Copado and Gearset.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce).
