What you will do
- Own end-to-end manufacturing for multiple development and production products as the technical lead.
- Develop and refine scalable manufacturing processes to improve yield, cycle times, and first-pass quality.
- Implement DFM strategies and lead new concepts through the prototype-to-production pipeline.
- Integrate automation and emerging technologies to enhance process repeatability and data collection.
- Maintain AS9100-compliant documentation and resolve hardware nonconformance issues.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to manufacturing staff to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Must be able to lawfully access information subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Significant experience in the aerospace or defense industries.
- Proficiency in CAD (Siemens NX, AutoCAD) and strong understanding of GD&T.
- Experience with MES, PLM, and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent expertise in continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with quality management systems like AS9100 or ISO 9001.
