What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of immigration processes, including work passes, visas, renewals, and permanent residency applications in Singapore and other APAC jurisdictions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR teams, and external vendors on mobility-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local immigration laws and monitor policy changes to advise stakeholders.
  • Coordinate relocation services with external Relocation Management Companies (RMC).
  • Audit vendor invoices, reconcile inconsistencies, and maintain PO records.
  • Partner with legal counsel and government authorities to resolve complex immigration issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in immigration or global mobility.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore immigration laws and employment pass frameworks (Employment Pass, S Pass).
  • Proficiency in Workday (ATS), ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience managing cross-border mobility programs within a multinational environment.
  • Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of immigration processes in other APAC countries.
  • Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP).
  • Familiarity with international tax and social security implications.
