What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of immigration processes, including work passes, visas, renewals, and permanent residency applications in Singapore and other APAC jurisdictions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR teams, and external vendors on mobility-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local immigration laws and monitor policy changes to advise stakeholders.
- Coordinate relocation services with external Relocation Management Companies (RMC).
- Audit vendor invoices, reconcile inconsistencies, and maintain PO records.
- Partner with legal counsel and government authorities to resolve complex immigration issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in immigration or global mobility.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore immigration laws and employment pass frameworks (Employment Pass, S Pass).
- Proficiency in Workday (ATS), ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience managing cross-border mobility programs within a multinational environment.
- Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of immigration processes in other APAC countries.
- Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP).
- Familiarity with international tax and social security implications.
