What you will do
- Coach and guide managers on performance management, employee conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
- Conduct impartial investigations into complaints regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on sensitive and high-exposure employee relations matters.
- Analyze ER data and metrics to identify systemic issues and recommend strategic solutions to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on organizational initiatives such as restructuring and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Proven expertise in managing complex ER cases and conducting thorough workplace investigations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to manage Mandarin-speaking individuals.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
Nice to have
- Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
- Experience working within a global or multi-state environment.
- Background in union or non-union environments.
