Focus on data gathering, process improvement, and assisting in the implementation of HR tools to enhance organizational effectiveness.

What you will do

• Provide direct support to the P&C Organizational Business Partner team.
• Assist in the design and rollout of employee engagement strategies and analyze feedback.
• Contribute to high-impact talent development initiatives and global programs.
• Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and process improvements.
• Support the execution of DEI initiatives, workshops, and campaigns.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be based in Singapore for the duration of the internship.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Commitment of 35 hours per week, with a 12-month duration.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
