What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and QTP.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and QA strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating with developers for comprehensive coverage.
• Mentor a team of Quality Analysts, assigning tasks and driving performance.
• Implement automation frameworks and evaluate new testing tools and technologies.
• Analyze testing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Finance, or Accounting.
• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Proficiency in Selenium, QTP, SQL, Jira, DevOps, Java, and C#.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or other professional certifications in quality assurance or software testing.
• Experience with test case design techniques such as equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis.
