What you will do

• Develop and execute automated test cases using Reflect.run.
• Perform feature and regression testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Manage project ticketing workflows in Jira and coordinate release readiness.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer support teams to triage and prioritize issues.
• Develop comprehensive test plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Utilize TestFlight and Play Store for mobile application testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience, including web and mobile platforms.
• Experience testing a healthcare product is required (EHR experience preferred).
• Expert knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Github.
• Proven track record in Agile release cycles and test planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to document complex corner cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
