TL;DR
Principal Product Manager (Gamedev): Owning the rebuilding of game data systems that feed customer-facing game tools on D&D Beyond with an accent on defining product vision, requirements, and partner engagement strategy. Focus on building a flexible, scalable engine that will drive player and Dungeon Master experiences for years to come.
Location: Poznań, Poland (hybrid/office-based)
Salary: 260,000 – 390,000 PLN gross annual salary, plus 15% annual PRP bonus incentive.

What you will do
- Own and drive the vision, customer strategy, and long-term goals for your product.
- Work with engineering, UX design, game design, and others to build and iterate upon your product.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, identifying critical milestones and dependencies to keep releases on schedule.
- Define the engagement strategy and work with partners across multiple teams and functional areas.
- Conduct customer research and solicit community feedback.
- Define how success is measured and report on critical metrics, using data to optimize them.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technology product management experience – mobile app development is essential.
- D2C apps production experience.
- Experience in defining product and feature requirements, as well as the corresponding performance indicators.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability and desire to work in a diverse team.
- Ability to incorporate data into day-to-day decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with tabletop RPGs, including Dungeons & Dragons.
- Experience with sophisticated data modelling and schema creation.
- Software development or similar experience.
