What you will do

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Define automation requirements and support effort estimation and complexity sizing.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft configurations and custom development.
• Deliver automation solutions across multiple HCM process areas including Payroll and Benefits.
• Support testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM consultant with strong hands-on delivery.
• Fluent English proficiency required for client interaction.
• Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules including Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools (Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, PS Query, Approval Framework, Process Scheduler, SQR).
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft environments.
• Experience working independently in complex, enterprise, or consulting environments.

Nice to have

• PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleTools certifications.
