What you will do
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment including AC/DC drives and motors, programmable logic controllers, process controllers, stepper & servo motors and controllers, fire protection equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic devices.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, sketches, vendor drawings, and manuals.
- Collaborate with engineering and production personnel on troubleshooting, modification, fabrication, and repair of plant equipment, utilities, and processes.
- Provide technical recommendations to improve and optimize plant equipment, utilities, and processes.
- Communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written contexts.
Requirements
- Onsite work location: Eagan, Minnesota.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B).
- Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start) plus 2 years of experience in Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, or Robotics; or High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years of experience in Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, or Robotics.
- Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively.

- Expected compensation range: $64,800–$89,100 (base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible).
