What you will do

• Monitor and maintain plant health for both manually and automatically fed plants.
• Prepare stock solution tanks for automated irrigation systems with high accuracy.
• Collect water samples for lab analysis and perform in-house testing.
• Assist in training new staff members on protocols and department standards.
• Perform system adjustments and initiate irrigations under supervision.
• Adhere strictly to biosecurity and safety protocols during all operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge.
• Must pass state and federal background checks.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in hot/humid conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the White Hall facility.

Nice to have

• 6 months or more of fertigation experience in a licensed cannabis facility.
