What you will do

• Contribute to engineering design and development for product application, handling, and storage systems.
• Plan and execute trials regarding formulation interactions for weed, disease, and pest control.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation and advanced imaging systems while maintaining accurate databases.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to prepare technical reports and SOPs.
• Provide urgent technical assistance and serve as a subject matter expert on application technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including biologists, chemists, and marketing staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Biological, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or Master’s with 0 years experience).
• 2 years of experience as an Associate R&D Scientist or similar role in the chemical or agriculture industry.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation, automation, and image acquisition/analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Matlab.
• Experience with engineering design software like Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Experience with fluid flow systems, controller design (PLC/microcontroller), or sensing technology.
