Salary: $171,200–$256,800 USD.

What you will do

• Lead regional automation deployment and execution across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Translate enterprise automation strategy into scalable, site-level implementation.
• Manage end-to-end automation programs from concept through validation to production.
• Oversee vendor management, including OEMs and integrators, to ensure scope and quality.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams with clear accountability.
• Drive alignment across operations, quality, and supply chain stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Proven experience in automation delivery (AMRs, cobots, vision systems).
• Deep expertise in validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ) within regulated industries.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time for project collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device manufacturing.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with digital integration (MES, data systems).
