What you will do

• Monitor and track monthly project spending against approved budgets.
• Partner with project leaders to review financial performance and forecasts.
• Calculate project cost rates and develop standard costing structures.
• Perform variance analysis and challenge financial assumptions.
• Lead Asia-wide costing alignment and automation initiatives.
• Support SOX documentation and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or FP&A.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA.
• Experience in costing process harmonization or transformation.
