What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end international payroll for 300+ employees across Singapore, Australia, South Korea, Indonesia, and Dubai.
  • Manage geographic expansion into new countries, supporting payroll system testing and implementations.
  • Lead payroll due diligence and integration processes for potential company acquisitions.
  • Partner with the Global People team to implement process improvements and optimize payroll systems.
  • Maintain internal control documentation, policies, and procedures, including payroll journal entries for accounting.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll queries and resolve tax issues with in-country providers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll experience in the APAC region.
  • Thorough knowledge of APAC payroll taxes and regulations.
  • Experience with Workday and foreign payroll platforms such as ADP Celergo.
  • Solid experience setting up payroll operations in foreign countries.
  • General understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
  • Must be based in Singapore to support hybrid work arrangements.
