Location: Remote from Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines

What you will do
- Lead development of modern, responsive, scalable web application features.
- Translate requirements, designs, and business needs into maintainable frontend solutions.
- Build reusable components and optimize application performance and usability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote frontend best practices.
- Participate in solution design, architectural decisions, testing, integration validation, and code reviews.
- Resolve complex technical issues and communicate progress, risks, and timelines through Jira, Slack, and stand-ups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend software development experience.
- Strong experience with React, especially hooks, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive web design, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries, object-oriented programming, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Proficient written and spoken English at CEFR C1 or equivalent.
