What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable frontend features while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Own code quality through rigorous testing, integration validation, and comprehensive code reviews.
• Serve as a technical escalation point to resolve complex issues and unblock the team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-centric experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in frontend processes, design patterns, and documentation.
• Maintain clear communication on project progress, risks, and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
• Strong expertise in React (hooks) and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in or strong desire to learn TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Material UI and state management (Context API, Redux).
• Proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
