Lead Associate - React (Frontend)

Location: Pune, India; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain React and TypeScript applications aligned with agreed architecture and squad priorities.
• Build reusable components, shared UI patterns, and design-system-aligned user experiences.
• Contribute to routing, state management, data fetching, forms, validation, error handling, and REST API integration.
• Create automated unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests, and contribute to front-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve accessibility, browser performance, observability, resilience, and secure client-side implementation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and collaborate with architects, product owners, backend engineers, QA, and platform engineers.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent delivery capability.
• Strong commercial or enterprise experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end build tooling.
• Experience with state management and data-fetching patterns such as Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query.
• Experience integrating REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger, authentication and authorization flows, and secure client-side patterns.
• Automated testing experience with Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, browser compatibility, performance optimization, CI/CD, dependency management, quality gates, and OWASP principles.

Nice to have

• C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, background services, and modern backend engineering patterns.
• SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, data modeling, query optimization, and transactional consistency.
