What you will do
- Contribute to front-end architecture and technical direction across large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications with React and modern front-end technologies.
- Act as a technical reference for React and front-end technologies, promoting clean code and consistent engineering standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor colleagues, support engineering practices, and contribute to technical decisions and risk mitigation.
- Follow and improve coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and modern development methodologies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional front-end development experience with strong hands-on React.js expertise.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing, front-end build tools, and Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support less experienced team members and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
