What you will do
- Contribute to front-end architecture and technical direction across large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications with React and modern front-end technologies.
- Act as a technical reference for React and front-end engineering practices, promoting clean code and consistent standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD, testing strategies, Agile delivery, technical discussions, and risk mitigation.
- Mentor colleagues, support less experienced team members, and take ownership of project milestones and solution quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional front-end development experience with strong hands-on React expertise.
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with web application architecture, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git, testing, and front-end build tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and technical decision-making skills.
