What you will do

• Define and drive front-end architecture strategy across multiple projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional development teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative engineering culture.
• Act as the technical authority for React and front-end technologies, setting best practices and ensuring code quality.
• Partner with architects, product owners, and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee the design and development of high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and modern development methodologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with extensive hands-on expertise in React.js.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical lead in complex projects.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced responsive design techniques.
• Solid experience with front-end architecture patterns, state management libraries, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and modern build tools.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
