What you will do

• Lead and own the documentation program, defining priorities, quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Create and maintain high-quality user guides, help center articles, SOPs, workflows, and release notes.
• Mentor and guide the technical writing team through content reviews and feedback.
• Lead discovery sessions with Product, Engineering, CX, and QA teams to define documentation scope.
• Establish documentation governance, including style guides, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement of documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in SaaS or technology environments, including leadership or mentorship experience.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software systems, integrations, and APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and Spanish.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Google Docs, Zendesk, Confluence, and various CMS platforms.
• Strong experience with Jira, GitHub, or similar tools for tracking documentation deliverables.
• Proven ability to build and enforce documentation frameworks and content standardization.
