What you will do
- Design and manage the Content Waterfall system to repurpose long-form video into platform-native content.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 video editors, ensuring high quality, pacing, and brand alignment.
- Own the organic content calendar and publishing cadence across all social channels.
- Collaborate with the Paid team to share winning hooks, themes, and messaging.
- Develop SOPs and repeatable workflows to improve production speed and consistency.
- Analyze organic performance data to iterate on strategy and improve CTR for thumbnails and titles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing content production or editing teams in remote-first environments.
- Proven ability to provide high-quality creative feedback on video edits.
- Deep experience with short-form content distribution on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong background in building SOPs and scalable content systems.
- Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours daily with US Eastern Time.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on organic performance.
