What you will do
- Oversee the quality and strategic direction of content production.
- Review and edit content while providing actionable feedback to writers.
- Coordinate the handoff of polished content for publication.
- Participate in client discovery and content review calls.
- Ensure all content aligns with client goals and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- English: C1+ proficiency required (resume must be in English).
- Strong background in digital marketing, web content development, or media production.
- Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring writers.
- Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, and CMS tools.
- Must be based in Colombia and available for 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST working hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
