What you will do

• Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy for the dental market.
• Develop and execute annual and long-term marketing plans aligned with global and APAC regional goals.
• Lead new product launches (NPI) and manage the existing portfolio, providing sales teams with clinical and marketing collateral.
• Drive the brand transition from 3M Healthcare to hirify.global across all marketing touchpoints and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage the local marketing budget and track performance through KPIs and ROI discipline.
• Collaborate with the Taiwan Sales team to identify market gaps and drive demand generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a Life Sciences field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in the Dental or Healthcare/Medical Device industry.
• Experience in brand management, brand building, or corporate rebranding.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration with global teams.
• Understanding of the Taiwan dental market ecosystem, procurement behaviors, and regulatory environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Taiwan without sponsorship.
