Country Consumer Experience Specialist

What you will do

• Translate consumer business objectives and brand positioning into consumer experience strategies across the end-to-end consumer journey in Taiwan.
• Coordinate Area-led campaigns, local programs, campaign calendars, content plans, creative materials, and media plans.
• Lead local KOL identification and activation for content creation and maintain local relevance of translated creative assets.
• Manage in-country digital assets across owned and paid platforms, excluding global websites.
• Recommend demand-generation budget deployment and influence local activation budget allocation.
• Enforce brand, content, and identity governance across marketing functions and consumer touchpoints while partnering with category development and shopper marketing.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Proven digital marketing capabilities, including campaign planning and execution.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good data analytics skills are advantageous.
• Provide complete education and work history through a resume or the application form.
