What you will do

  • Architect and execute a diverse B2B event portfolio including trade shows, conferences, virtual webinars, and intimate regional client gatherings.
  • Manage end-to-end onsite logistics, from vendor negotiations and travel coordination to acting as the primary onsite brand representative.
  • Pioneer creative activations and high-impact field events (e.g., VIP dinners) to drive customer learning, retention, and sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to secure and prepare speakers for trade shows and webinars.
  • Identify, pitch, and manage co-marketing relationships with complementary B2B brands to expand reach.
  • Own post-event handoff and track performance metrics to report total event ROI to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and execution with a track record in high-touch sponsorships and lead-generation.
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to achieve positive ROI.
  • Ability to identify and manage co-marketing relationships with B2B brands.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and building new event formats from scratch.
  • Must reside in one of the eligible US states where the company is registered.
