What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of UI artists, technical UI designers, and UX designers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive UX strategy for new game projects.
• Drive the delivery and quality of UI assets, ensuring alignment with artistic and technical goals.
• Manage team performance through regular feedback and professional development reviews.
• Define UI design documentation, including style guides and usability objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve pipelines and workflows.

Requirements

• Must have the permanent right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
• Extensive experience in UX/UI design within the games industry.
• Proven experience managing a small team through full project lifecycles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity UI design using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Sketch.
