What you will do
- Build and scale a high-impact TPM organization while personally owning critical cross-functional programs.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape multi-year roadmaps and influence architectural trade-offs.
- Manage ambiguity and cross-org dependencies in a resource-constrained environment.
- Leverage data-driven insights using tools like Grafana, Looker, and Tableau to inform decisions.
- Direct the creation of automation, internal tooling, and platform improvements to increase velocity.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop TPMs and engineers to multiply organizational impact.
Requirements
- Previous Snap experience is required.
- Must be based in or able to work from Palo Alto.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering or TPM leading cross-functional efforts in consumer tech.
- 5+ years of people management experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with GitHub, JIRA, and data visualization tools.
Nice to have
- Background in software and/or hardware engineering.
- Experience managing production systems, reliability initiatives, or cost optimization.
- Masters or PhD in a highly analytical field.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
