TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto (Office 4+ days per week)

What you will do

  • Build and scale a high-impact TPM organization while personally owning critical cross-functional programs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape multi-year roadmaps and influence architectural trade-offs.
  • Manage ambiguity and cross-org dependencies in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Leverage data-driven insights using tools like Grafana, Looker, and Tableau to inform decisions.
  • Direct the creation of automation, internal tooling, and platform improvements to increase velocity.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop TPMs and engineers to multiply organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Previous Snap experience is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Palo Alto.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering or TPM leading cross-functional efforts in consumer tech.
  • 5+ years of people management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with GitHub, JIRA, and data visualization tools.

Nice to have

  • Background in software and/or hardware engineering.
  • Experience managing production systems, reliability initiatives, or cost optimization.
  • Masters or PhD in a highly analytical field.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
