What you will do

• Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the sales organization.
• Identify sales funnel bottlenecks and optimize CRM processes to improve pipeline visibility and data hygiene.
• Analyze customer usage metrics and refine support workflows to accelerate time-to-value.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with executives to improve recruiting processes and track hiring velocity and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university (quantitative discipline preferred).
• 2-4 years of work experience at a leading investment banking or consulting organization.
• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and manage multiple dynamic priorities.
