What you will do

• Solicit participation in compensation surveys to expand global benchmark databases.
• Connect with new clients to strengthen the density and quality of rewards data.
• Improve role coverage across key industries including Digital, AI, and Cybersecurity.
• Support the Total Rewards team in maintaining data-driven insights for client renewals.
• Collaborate on business development initiatives to increase survey participation rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Motivated and detail-oriented graduate or early-career professional.
• Interest in Business Development, Sales, Total Rewards, or Human Resources.
• Ability to commit to 20 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills for client engagement and data solicitation.
