Product Support Analyst (Real Estate Software)

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual base salary: $70,000–$100,000

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between hirify.global and clients during software delivery and implementation.
• Configure application setup and installations for client production environments.
• Receive, validate, document, and route software defects and findings for resolution.
• Prepare specifications, user guides, release notes, and configuration documentation.
• Conduct administrator, end-user, and internal training sessions.
• Test applications and demonstrate upgrades, enhancements, issue reviews, and custom configurations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–4 years of industry or relevant experience, typically at an analyst level.
• Knowledge of internet browser software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze requirements, investigate problems, validate findings, and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong customer service and business acumen, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Accuracy, adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn new skills.

Nice to have

• Experience reading and interpreting XML.
