What you will do
- Review customer submissions to verify eligibility for the ABH Pro Program.
- Tag customers in Shopify to ensure the correct site experience.
- Run email and SMS operations to support Pro Program membership renewal.
- Handle customer inquiries about the Pro Program in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate campaign briefs and workflows across Education, Creative, Ecommerce, CRM, and Social teams.
- Compile quarterly CRM report card data by aggregating global performance across channels.
Requirements
- Full-time availability for an hourly role based in Los Angeles.
- Strong attention to detail for program eligibility review and accurate Shopify tagging.
- Experience coordinating customer communications and CRM operations (email/SMS).
- Ability to manage campaign timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with cross-functional partners.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
