What you will do

• Plan and implement holistic paid digital campaigns including brand and performance initiatives.
• Execute performance marketing strategies in alignment with team goals.
• Manage online campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic design to create campaign materials and newsletter content.
• Conduct A/B testing and research to maximize conversion rates and campaign impact.
• Handle organizational tasks including budget planning, marketing calendar updates, and invoice control.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven experience implementing campaigns for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and conversion optimization.
• Experience in email marketing within an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta business tools, and CRM interfaces.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
