What you will do

• Plan and coordinate CRM campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze customer data and campaign metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Adapt campaign mechanics based on specific target audiences and country requirements.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure alignment of goals and quality of execution.
• Perform post-campaign analysis and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Professional background in e-commerce or other high-speed product domains.
• Proven track record in planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of key marketing metrics such as Retention, Hold, and NGR.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
• English: B1+ (written and spoken) required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of bonus campaigns, retention mechanics, and lifecycle journeys.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience in A/B testing and experimental methodologies.
• Experience in managing campaign budgets.
• Experience working with the African market.
