What you will do

• Develop and manage projects for glycoproteomic screening, antibody-drug conjugate development, and preclinical testing.
• Design research proposals, protocols, work plans, and timelines for multiple laboratory sites.
• Oversee laboratory logistics, supply management, and the handling of irreplaceable samples.
• Manage project budgets, financial resources, and develop funding and grant proposals.
• Supervise and train staff and students on highly technical equipment and procedures.
• Analyze research data and prepare manuscripts for publication in scientific journals.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of related research experience.
• Must be able to work in-person at the hirify.global Vancouver Campus.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• University degree in cell biology, immunology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of research experience with demonstrated supervisory history.
• Expertise in glycoproteomics and pre-clinical anti-tumor therapeutic testing.
• Experience using and troubleshooting bioinformatics and microscopic imaging software.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
