What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for cloud transformation and platform modernization.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to transition desktop software to cloud-native, modular ecosystems.
• Drive the integration of AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across UX, marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product execution.
• Establish KPIs to measure transformation success, including adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Mentor product teams and promote modern product management practices focused on SaaS and AI innovation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 15 years of experience in product management or large-scale software transformation.
• At least 5 years of experience managing product leadership teams.
• Proven success leading desktop-to-cloud migrations or enterprise software modernization.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure) and AI/ML integration in enterprise products.
• Technical fluency with APIs, microservices, and modern software development environments.

Nice to have

• Background in CAD/CAM software, industrial automation, or manufacturing technology.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management.
