TL;DR

French Customer Support Agent (Customer Support): Delivering world-class user support and resolving technical tickets with an accent on first-call resolution and professional communication. Focus on troubleshooting system issues, managing SLA-driven ticket queues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the end-user experience.

Location: Hybrid (Bellevue, WA) — Must work two in-office days per week

Salary: $23.00 - $25.50 USD/hour

What you will do

  • Manage and respond to customer support tickets within established SLAs and performance guidelines.
  • Follow troubleshooting procedures and use desktop tools to diagnose and resolve user problems.
  • Collaborate internally with other teams to report trends and resolve escalated issues.
  • Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles to support team development.
  • Monitor client-facing tools like MatterMost to keep up with updates and directives.

Requirements

  • Written fluency in French and English languages.
  • One year or more of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Associates degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work a hybrid schedule in Bellevue, WA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience with online games.
  • Experience handling Account-specific tickets and troubleshooting them independently.
