Location: Hybrid (Bellevue, WA) — Must work two in-office days per week
Salary: $23.00 - $25.50 USD/hour

What you will do
- Manage and respond to customer support tickets within established SLAs and performance guidelines.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and use desktop tools to diagnose and resolve user problems.
- Collaborate internally with other teams to report trends and resolve escalated issues.
- Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles to support team development.
- Monitor client-facing tools like MatterMost to keep up with updates and directives.
Requirements
- Written fluency in French and English languages.
- One year or more of customer service experience or equivalent.
- Associates degree or relevant professional experience.
- Must be based in or able to work a hybrid schedule in Bellevue, WA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge and experience with online games.
- Experience handling Account-specific tickets and troubleshooting them independently.
