What you will do

• Supervise modernization field employees, providing training, direction, and performance management.
• Manage the end-to-end modernization process from survey to completion, including troubleshooting and quality audits.
• Plan and prioritize projects using project management software to optimize manpower and schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor performance on turn-key projects and maintain relationships with owners and architects.
• Administer the company safety program, performing regular audits and ensuring strict compliance.
• Manage financial aspects including change orders, purchase orders, and accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience in branch departmental management.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions, mathematical data, and diagrams.
• Proficiency in writing reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Location: Raleigh, NC (Relocation assistance available for those moving >50 miles)
