What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute short-term and long-range financial strategies.
• Lead global forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis for the business unit.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive business reviews.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global finance organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, OneStream, Power BI, or similar financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP requirements, financial policies, and controls.
