Salary: £150K – £315K + Equity

What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade, scalable AI agents for industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through production deployment and iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform business operations at scale.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to prototype new tools and guide the evolution of the core platform.
• Experiment with voice models and integrate them into enterprise-grade customer solutions.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• A builder’s mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles and ship products.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Location: Must be based in London (On-site)

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Background as a founder or founding engineer.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, eval frameworks, agent tooling, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
