Salary: £110,000 – £140,000

What you will do

• Own the full customer journey from pre-sales and discovery through deployment and sustained adoption.
• Lead kickoff workshops and manage project timelines to ensure successful go-lives.
• Act as the internal domain expert, translating insurance workflows into actionable product requirements.
• Analyze AI model behavior and create benchmarking frameworks grounded in insurance logic.
• Partner with engineering to scope integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Build implementation playbooks and training programs to drive user adoption at scale.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work in London.
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance, specifically in underwriting, claims, or operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading customer implementations or enterprise technical projects.
• Deep understanding of London Market insurance, carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to command a room of executives.

Nice to have

• Background in MBB or Big-Four consulting with financial services clients.
• Experience implementing SaaS or AI products for enterprise insurance customers.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data workflows, and integration scoping.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
