TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (at least 50% in-office monthly)
Salary: $128,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Lead Resilience Assurance and Crisis Management sub-programs within the Governance & Compliance Assurance Program.
- Design and test technical reliability controls, including RTOs and RPOs for various compliance scopes.
- Establish and manage enterprise-wide crisis management practices, including decision-making bodies and policies.
- Coordinate operational risk reviews and table-top exercises with senior management.
- Develop and monitor metrics and control indicators for technical resilience.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve tracking, reporting, and risk remediation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operational Risk, including Crisis Management.
- Experience maturing controls within a large, customer-focused business, preferably in financial services.
- Knowledge and implementation experience with EU DORA and ISO27001 standards.
- Experience managing teams and stakeholders through organizational change.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Seattle, WA.
