TL;DR

Technical Resilience & Crisis Manager (Fintech/Risk Management): Leading the Resilience Assurance and Crisis Management sub-programs with an accent on designing and testing controls for physical and technical resilience. Focus on building a multi-disciplinary crisis management practice and tuning risk mitigations to ensure operational stability.

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (at least 50% in-office monthly)

Salary: $128,000–$160,000

What you will do

  • Lead Resilience Assurance and Crisis Management sub-programs within the Governance & Compliance Assurance Program.
  • Design and test technical reliability controls, including RTOs and RPOs for various compliance scopes.
  • Establish and manage enterprise-wide crisis management practices, including decision-making bodies and policies.
  • Coordinate operational risk reviews and table-top exercises with senior management.
  • Develop and monitor metrics and control indicators for technical resilience.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve tracking, reporting, and risk remediation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Operational Risk, including Crisis Management.
  • Experience maturing controls within a large, customer-focused business, preferably in financial services.
  • Knowledge and implementation experience with EU DORA and ISO27001 standards.
  • Experience managing teams and stakeholders through organizational change.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Seattle, WA.

  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience working across multiple sites.
