What you will do

• Lead and develop the platform team, driving execution of strategic AI initiatives.
• Define end-to-end application, data, and target architecture within the Azure cloud environment.
• Design technical infrastructure, including orchestration layers, data retrieval patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish a reusable AI semantic layer to support scalable analytics and AI solution deployment.
• Modernize insight delivery by transitioning traditional BI reporting to AI-first experiences.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing and deploying AI-enabled enterprise platforms using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture, containerization, and platform operations.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and aligning work with business priorities.
• Ability to design user-centered enterprise portals with role-based access and intuitive navigation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.
