What you will do

• Drive client relationship strategies to generate new revenue opportunities and improve solution adoption.
• Develop and measure KPIs for efficiency, productivity, and the success of learning initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end project plans to ensure the delivery of crucial success plans.
• Identify trends using data to promote key initiatives and remove barriers to success.
• Treat customer success as a product, iterating on both internal and external customer experiences.
• Scale the Success team by optimizing productivity plans and increasing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success and GTM.
• Proven track record in building and scaling Customer Success operations.
• Past project management and multi-channel leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for Digital Assets and blockchain technologies.
