Salary: $259,800 – $324,744 USD

What you will do
- Lead enterprise-wide Internal Audit and FCR functions, ensuring risk-based assurance across financial and operational domains.
- Oversee the design and execution of ICFR, SOX, and financial controls frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Audit Committee and executive team regarding risk, governance, and strategy.
- Partner with external auditors and regulators to maintain confidence in governance processes.
- Advance the audit function by implementing automation, data analytics, and continuous monitoring.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team with strong technical depth and an enterprise mindset.
Requirements
- Executive leadership experience in Internal Audit, Financial Controls, and SOX within a complex, regulated environment.
- Deep expertise in ICFR, financial reporting risk, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
- Proven ability to influence Audit Committees, regulators, and senior executives.
- Track record of modernizing audit functions through data, automation, and continuous monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CIA, or advanced degree strongly preferred.
