Compensation: $266,000 – $295,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Design and implement a global insurance program covering cyber, D&O, E&O, property, and emerging AI-related exposures.
• Lead annual renewals, insurer negotiations, and broker performance management.
• Evaluate and manage captive insurance structures, including governance and capitalization.
• Partner with Finance and Treasury leadership on balance sheet protection and risk financing decisions.
• Assess insurance implications of new products, strategic partnerships, and international expansion.
• Prepare management and board-level reporting on risk exposures, claims trends, and coverage adequacy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate insurance, enterprise risk management, or related advisory fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated insurance programs for large-scale technology or multinational organizations.
• Deep expertise in cyber, D&O, E&O, and complex commercial insurance structures.
• Substantial experience managing captive insurance companies, including regulatory coordination and administration.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City.
