Data Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Conduct client data readiness assessments and evaluate source systems and migration complexity.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Architect and oversee ETL processes using SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Pentaho Data Integration.
• Establish standardized migration playbooks, mapping templates, and reusable ETL frameworks to accelerate onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure data integrity and platform scalability.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to analyze data structures, identify quality risks, and support migration architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM data structures, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and enterprise ETL development.
• Proficiency with KingswaySoft and/or Pentaho Data Integration.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no immigration sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL).
• Experience migrating data from legacy CRM/AMS systems and non-normalized data sources.
