TL;DR
Data Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Designing and governing data migration, integration architecture, and CRM data models for Protech implementations with an accent on scalable onboarding and data integrity. Focus on building reusable ETL frameworks, optimizing SSIS processes, and utilizing AI-enabled tools to analyze source system data structures.
Location: Remote (Must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship)

What you will do
- Conduct client data readiness assessments and evaluate source systems and migration complexity.
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Architect and oversee ETL processes using SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Pentaho Data Integration.
- Establish standardized migration playbooks, mapping templates, and reusable ETL frameworks to accelerate onboarding.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure data integrity and platform scalability.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to analyze data structures, identify quality risks, and support migration architectures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM data structures, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS and enterprise ETL development.
- Proficiency with KingswaySoft and/or Pentaho Data Integration.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no immigration sponsorship available).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL).
- Experience migrating data from legacy CRM/AMS systems and non-normalized data sources.
