What you will do

• Manage daily global security maintenance operations by building and leading a global team of technicians/technical professionals (contractor and employee).
• Audit and monitor compliance with Mosaic IT & Cyber Security standards and policies.
• Liaise with contract security integrators/technical service providers globally and collaborate with Security Convergence for Brazil (LATAM).
• Oversee service delivery for physical and virtual servers and databases; provide subject matter expertise and technical support.
• Design and support security convergence systems with Mosaic Global Network; provide integration and interoperability expertise from site edge devices to global operations.
• Maintain security technology documentation, policies, and knowledge articles for key physical security systems (e.g., Genetec, Alert Enterprise, Milestone).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Cyber Security, an IT-related field, Security Systems Management, or related.
• 10+ years of security maintenance / security integrator / IT or cyber security experience with multi-site responsibilities and multiple access control systems.
• Must have working knowledge of Alert Enterprise and be certified on Genetec Access Control & Video management, or must obtain Genetec certification within 3 months of appointment.
• Experience interpreting and implementing physical security and risk management requirements.
• Knowledge of access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and travel security best practices.
• Ability to work in an agile, high-paced environment; after-hours emergency work is sometimes required.
