What you will do

• Design end-to-end IoT and edge software solutions across various platforms.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution estimations.
• Mentor engineers and support the development of team expertise.
• Define and promote engineering best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery managers, and pre-sales teams.
• Work across diverse hardware platforms, operating systems, and communication stacks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 8+ years of software development experience in lead or senior roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C/C++.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals, system architecture, and embedded environments.
• Proven experience in software architecture design and code reviews.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as MQTT, DDS, CAN, and TCP/IP.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, C#, or Rust.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and computer vision fundamentals.
