Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

What you will do

• Install and maintain poles, solar panels, batteries, and LPR camera systems.
• Perform site surveys and interpret traffic control plans for compliant installations.
• Operate power tools, ladders, and bucket trucks to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Manage inventory and submit project updates via the company mobile app.
• Drive company vehicles and tow trailers to various customer sites.
• Adapt to dynamic schedules with frequent travel requirements.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time (1–2 weeks per month).
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with construction, electrical, or low-voltage wiring.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer and mobile app proficiency.
